Coming June 3rd, Lyndsey Lozier, MA LPCC, will be guiding couples through an introduction to John Gottman's Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work in a virtual seminar! In this brief introduction, we'll go over John Gottman's research which differentiates what he calls the "masters of relationships" from the "disasters of relationship". We'll discuss what makes marriages work and go over the 6 signs your relationship may be heading towards divorce. The Seven Principles seminar is for engaged couples, couples from newlyweds to seniors, those who wish to enhance a good marriage, and those needing better conflict management tools*.
